You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
We may charge a small service fee to maintain the platform, which will be disclosed before payment.
If you start a campaign, you agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information about your cause.
Use the funds only for the stated purpose.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respond promptly to donor questions and concerns.
Misuse of funds or false information may result in account suspension, legal action, and refund requests from donors.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal activities or to promote violence, hate, or discrimination.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of our services.
Engage in fraudulent fundraising.
We may charge platform fees for campaigns and donations. All fees will be clearly displayed before transactions are processed.
All content, branding, and technology on Universal Crowdfund are owned by us and protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
We do not guarantee that campaigns will achieve their funding goals.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of fundraiser content.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Crowdfund shall not be liable for any:
Loss of funds, profits, or data.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Unauthorized access to your account or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Crowdfund, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
